Vice President - Sales
The VP of Sales will create a high visibility leadership persona as ServingIntel’s primary representative to the senior living industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the new customer and current customer sales teams.
- Aligning sales activity consistent with the consultative selling and demand creation go-to-market strategy to achieve company goals.
- Seek opportunities and execute compelling demand creation presentations to customers’ C-Suite to differentiate ServingIntel.
- Build on sales qualification research to identify key players, company’s performance, preparedness for more advanced solutions, and timing alignment for joint business case development.
- Determine customer needs, requirements, triggers, and decision criteria.
- Conduct assessment discussions with targets using effective listening skills to identify prospects’ overt and latent needs.
- Capture customer demand for new products and features to feed the new product development roadmap.
- Generate demand by enhancing ServingIntel’s brand and solution-fit with target customer needs.
- Build trusting relationships with prospects utilizing listening and problem-solving skills.
- Present revenue growth and expense reduction features of ServingIntel.
- Manage and expand CRM with target-market candidates.
- Utilize the company CRM to record sales funnel activity.
- Develop and maintain a strong command of ServingIntel’s products and services.
- Conduct effective and appropriate communication with leadership.
- Develop the annual sales plan.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience and 5 years B2B sales experience as a Hunter in senior living.
- At least 3 years experience leading a sales team.
- Proven sales impact.
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, and account development.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Experience working with a CRM system.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Attending industry trade shows and after-hours networking events.
- Experience working effectively in remote working environments.
Compensation & Benefits:
- This is a full-time position with base pay and a commission paid for each closed sale.
