Yes, everyone...even that guy. We define “Love” as intentionally selecting another person and placing their needs, wants, and desires above our own. We understand the significance of each person, and strive to help our partners see what God sees in them. We honor others above ourselves. From the dishwasher to the owner, everyone has an important role to play. If one person isn’t feeling the love, then the rest of the team suffers, and we don't want that!

Each generation that passes seems to want to outdo the last in focusing on good ole number one—themselves. In our narcissistic, participation-trophy-fueled, selfie- obsessed world, we may seem a little odd, but we strive to do as God commanded: “Do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased” (Hebrews 13:16). In short, we are called to serve. We understand that for you, your business is not just a job. Your business supports your team members and their families, who rely on your success.
